About Us
Metamorphosis Realty was founded by Anthony Crenshaw in 2018. In the wake of George Floyd’s murder, Anthony reimagined the company’s mission to focus on revitalizing Black and Brown communities—not just through housing, but as a path to opportunity, stability, and self-sufficiency.
With a background in education and community engagement, Anthony built a company that brings people together—residents, investors, and community partners—to use housing as a tool for inclusive development, cultural preservation, and community wealth-building.
